Applicants can complete the registration form and submit it in person or by post.
Test fee: HK$600 (Listening and Reading tests)
You can collect the score report and test certificate at our office in person or you may request them to be sent to a designated address. They will be sent by courier at a cost of HK$20.
Test fees can be paid by cheque, payable to "Smart Education Co. Ltd." or cash if you visit us in person. Please make sure to have the applicant's name on the back and do not send cash.
Applicants can also email the registration form to info@TOEIC.com.hk or fax it to +852 2851 3822, together with a copy of the bank transfer slip. Please note that applicants will be responsible for all applicable bank transfer service charge(s).

Admission tickets and confirmation will be sent to test takers via email.
A receipt will be provided to each test taker on request; otherwise the Score Report and TOEIC® test Certificate will be considered as the payment receipt as well.

Smart Education has the final decisions on all aspects of the TOEIC® tests on the test day.Notice
1. If a test taker wants to reschedule his/her test date after registering, the organization must complete a Test Rescheduling Request Form and send it to Smart Education in time to ensure that it is received at least 5 working days before the original test date.
2. There is a handling charge of HK$50 for each rescheduling request. If a request is not received 5 working days before original test date, it will not be honored and the handling charge will be forfeited.
