Format computer-based test, 11 questions that require test taker to respond to a spoken and/or written prompt

Speaking : there are 11 questions which divided into six parts.

  • Part 1:Read a text aloud (2 questions)
  • Part 2:Describe a picture (1 questions)
  • Part 3:Respond to questions (3 questions)
  • Part 4:Respond to questions using information provided (3 questions)
  • Part 5:Propose a solution (1 questions)
  • Part 6:Express an opinion(1 questions)


Scoring Total scores range from 0-200 and fall into one of 8 proficiency levels

Format computer-based test, 8 questions that require test taker to respond to a written prompt

Content

Writing: there are 8 questions which divided into three parts.

  • Part 1:Write a sentence based on a picture (5 questions)
  • Part 2:Respond to a written request (2 questions)
  • Part 3:Write an opinion (1 questions)


Scoring Total scores range from 0-200 and fall into one of 9 proficiency levels
